FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try IkonAsset free for 14 days with every Business feature, no credit card required. At the end of the trial, pick the plan that suits you — your data stays in place.
Can you move our asset data over from Excel?
Yes. Send us your assets, locations, and maintenance schedules in Excel and our team helps you import them. Enterprise plans include full data migration, including from legacy systems.
How secure is our data?
Each company can only access its own data. Access rights are set per menu and enforced on the server, sign-in is protected by captcha and session timeouts, and every form is CSRF-protected. Enterprise can be installed on your own servers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer against a monthly or annual invoice. Annual billing saves you the equivalent of two months. Tax invoices are available for registered companies.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Do we need to install a mobile app?
No. IkonAsset runs in the browser and works well on phones. People reporting breakdowns just scan the QR code with their camera.
