Every asset recorded and easy to find

Meter readings
Accurate usage-based maintenance
Record running hours or mileage manually or when completing a WO. IkonAsset works out the average daily usage and estimates the next due date.
- Built-in checks: no future dates and no readings lower than the previous one
- Meters not read for more than 30 days are flagged
- Usage estimated from the last 180 days of readings
Breakdown reports
Anyone can report — just scan the QR
The public asset page opens without signing in. Reporters enter their name, phone number (optional), a description, and up to 3 photos. Each report arrives as a numbered incident report.
- Only safe details are shown: serial numbers, suppliers, and costs stay hidden
- Anti-spam: honeypot, minimum fill time, and a per-device report limit
- Asset history button for staff (requires sign-in)
- Staff can also file reports directly in the app
Work orders
A workflow from request to sign-off
A 7-step WO form covers the description, job status, cause of failure, asset downtime, maintenance items, and costs. Every status change is logged with who made it and why.
- Requested → Approved → Assigned → In Progress ⇄ On Hold → Completed → Closed
- Assign to in-house technicians or vendors, with a scheduled date
- Dedicated lists: Approval, Verification, and My Work Orders for technicians
